When Shine Talent Group asked us to design their end of summer party, the Shine Summer Social, and told us the theme was ‘woodland wildflower,’ we instantly knew things were about to get whimsical!

Toronto, one of Canada's most vibrant cities, boasts a diverse range of event venues that cater to every taste and budget. From charming historic buildings and elegant ballrooms to chic rooftop spaces and picturesque gardens, Toronto has it all.

Our fabulous couple Rachel and Igor didn’t just want farmhouse “style,” they wanted an actual farmers’ market experience, which, as wedding planners, was super fun to produce!

Having had to postpone by two years, Emily and Myles were absolutely stoked to finally host their stunning Muskoka Wedding. They are avid skiers and hikers so the design was inspired by their love of the mountains and their love for Muskoka.

To event producers, the gala is a classic art form, so we were extremely pleased to have the opportunity to plan and design the Dreamer Day Sponsor Gala dinner and award show.

Under the outdoor tent of Berkeley Field House’s zen garden, we produced a mystical and spiritual event to launch Viktor & Rolf’s fragrance Good Fortune to Toronto’s most stylish, cosmically inclined influencers.

Tim and Alex wanted their wedding to be everything they imagined, so they held off until covid restrictions eased - and definitely made the right call. When the day finally came, it was bright, beautiful, and perfect for a downtown outdoor ceremony. The inspiration for their wedding was modern tropical, and sunlit Pilsner Hall at Steam Whistle Brewing helped bring the vibe alive.

When Alchemysts Inc. asked us to design Flavours of Fall: An Evening at the Glenfiddich Orchard, an immersive evening for 50 special guests to celebrate the launch of Glenfiddich’s Orchard Experiment bottle, we knew it was the perfect opportunity to drum up something over-the-top and unique.

Laura and Kiley got married on their family’s private estate in Muskoka, Ontario. The design for this stunning tent wedding was inspired by their cherished Victorian lakeside home where the day was full of vintage cottage charm, country gardens, and new twists on old traditions!

Hilary and Dan got married at the iconic Globe & Mail Centre on labour day weekend and we like to call this wedding “a modern boho, midnight jungle”.

For the past 6 years, Mad Bash Group has planned and designed Slate Asset Managements annual Holiday Party and it continues to be one of our favourite ways to close off the year. This year, inspired by the roaring 20’s, we transformed Steam Whistle’s Locomotive Hall into a classic and elegant speakeasy.

Rachael and Lindsay fell in love exploring local galleries together, so it only seemed fitting that they hosted their wedding at one of Toronto’s iconic locations for art lovers - The Gardiner Museum. This blank canvas that boasts floor-to-ceiling windows was the perfect backdrop for our team to create a vibrant and eclectic soiree for these two lovers.

When it comes to self-confidence, we all know how frustrating it can be to have your skin freak out on you! We were so excited when La Roche Posay, known for their scientific and effective skincare products, wanted to create an event to celebrate self love. We couldn’t imagine a better safe space to discuss all things adult acne, skincare, and confidence related!

Roses, orchids, carnations, pops of colour, neutrals - we’ve seen it all this year and let’s be real, florals are the absolute best. From petite bouquets to over-the-top creations our talented florist friends have brought our clients nothing short of amazing this year and we can’t wait to share with you our favourites!

Is there anything more lavish than finishing your day by lathering on all of your favourite skincare products? When our incredible client, Middle Child, asked us to design an event to celebrate the launch of Youth to the People’s brand new Polypeptide Future Cream, we wanted to create a deign that was just as innovative and unconventional as the brand itself!

After 10+ years together, 2 postponements, a different venue and multiple dates this wedding finally happened for Lindsay and Jeff and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it came together. Paris Paris - an iconic location on Ossington’s bustling and vibrant strip is where Lindsay and Jeff chose to say their I Do’s in June of 2022.
